Question 1

How does the free trial class work?

Tell us your child's grade, subject and preferred time. We match a subject-specialist mentor and run a 30-minute live 1:1 session. There is no card required and no obligation to continue.

Question 2

Which curricula and boards do you support?

Accepted Answer

We teach CBSE, ICSE, State boards, IB/MYP, Cambridge IGCSE and US Common Core. Mentors align every lesson plan to your child's school syllabus and assessment calendar.

Question 3

What if the timings do not suit our timezone?

Accepted Answer

We teach families across 25+ countries. Your local timezone is detected automatically during booking and every proposed slot is shown in your own time, including weekends.

Question 4

Are classes 1:1 or in groups?

Accepted Answer

The default is live 1:1 so your child gets undivided attention. Small groups of 2–4 (siblings or friends) are available on request at a reduced fee.

Question 5

How do you track progress?

Accepted Answer

Every mentor maintains a mastery checklist per concept. You receive fortnightly written progress reports plus quiz scores, and can request a parent–mentor call any month.

Question 6

Can we change the mentor or reschedule a class?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reschedule with a few hours' notice through WhatsApp, and if the chemistry with a mentor is not right we will re-match your child at no extra cost.

Question 7

Do you provide study material?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Practice worksheets, notes and quizzes are shared after class so students can revise and reinforce each concept.

Question 8

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

Payment details are confirmed after the free trial and mentor consultation. We accept UPI and bank transfer in India and international transfer for overseas families.
