Founded in December 2025, Ascent Learning Institute began with a simple vision — to make personalized, high-quality education accessible to every learner, regardless of where they live.
We started our journey with Mathematics, focusing on building strong concepts, improving problem-solving skills, and helping students learn with confidence. With the trust of students and parents, our journey gradually expanded beyond Mathematics.
Today, Ascent offers personalized learning in Mathematics, Science, English, and Coding, with engaging 1-to-1 and small-group sessions designed around each student's learning needs.
What started as a focused learning initiative has now grown into a global online learning community, connecting with students across countries including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the UK, Sweden, South Korea, and other parts of the world.

Pooja Kandekar is a Mathematics educator and education entrepreneur with 6+ years of teaching experience, combining her passion for Mathematics with a deep belief in personalized learning.
Her professional journey includes teaching experience with leading education platforms such as BYJU’S and Physics Wallah, along with experience in online education and student-focused learning.
Driven by a desire to make personalized education more accessible and meaningful, she founded Ascent Learning Institute in April 2024 with a vision to build a trusted global learning platform where every student receives the individual attention, guidance, and support they need to progress with confidence.
Through Ascent, Pooja aims to bring together experienced educators, personalized instruction, technology, and global accessibility to create learning experiences that go beyond simply completing a syllabus.
Her vision is to help students understand concepts deeply, develop confidence, think independently, and discover their own potential.
